Lettings

The Governing Body regards the school buildings and grounds as a community asset and will make every reasonable effort to enable them to be used as much as possible. However, the overriding aim of the Governing Body is to support the school in providing the best possible education for its learners, and any lettings of the premises to outside organisations will be considered with this in mind.

The school’s delegated budget (which is provided for the education of its learners) will not be used to subsidise any lettings by community or commercial organisations. A charge will be levied to meet the additional costs incurred by the school in respect of any lettings of the premises. As a minimum, the actual cost to the school of any use of the premises by an outside organisation must be reimbursed to the school’s budget.

The Theatre has tiered seating for 244 and is equipped with projection system and large viewing screen. This is an ideal venue for large lecture style meetings, concerts, and small theatre productions and presentations. Seating can be moved back to allow for a large open plan working space.

The school has a purpose built Conference Room and is well resourced with boardroom style tables and comfortable seating.  There is a video conferencing facility and audio visual system with two wall mounted screens. This is ideal for meetings of 10-16 people.

The school is a well-equipped teaching environment. We are happy to consider the hire of classroom space at times outside normal curriculum time. If you are interested in using these facilities please do not hesitate to contact the school.

The Restaurant is a large space with up to 34 tables with seating.

The school has a full sized gym area. This space would be ideal for the running of indoor sporting activities such as gym, fitness and dance classes.
Dinorben Field: Multi-purpose field marked out depending on season. Two football pitches; two sand pits; athletics tracks marked out in the summer. One rugby pitch marked out in the autumn/winter and three 4 x 3 10 metre square invasion pitches. Roundabout Field: Multi-purpose space all year round. 3x football pitches (Sept-May). Ideal for large sporting events and community fairs.
